Payments can be made through Apple pay, Google pay, Shop pay, PayPal, credit cards and debit cards.
Orders are shipped in 1-3 business days once payment has cleared. Orders will be shipped to the ADDRESS that you supplied, so please make sure that this address is correct before placing an order. If the post office is unable to deliver to your address and we get the package back, you will need to provide a new address and you will be responsible for the reshipping charges. We will not replace or refund you if the package is lost.
USA customers: Items are shipped by USPS First Class Package with tracking number. You also have the option of shipment with insurance by the post office on the checkout page. They will cover the cost of your items should the package get lost. For more info please contact your local USPS office.
If you decide to order without insurance, we are not responsible for damaged or lost packages by the USPS post office. We do not refund or replace. You will need to contact your local post office and file a claim.
Refunds and Exchanges:
We want you to be happy with your purchase so please let us know if you have any problems with your order. All sales are final. Each item is sold “as is” and there are NO returns, refunds or exchanges. There is no warranty associated with the products that we sell.
In a rare case should we decide to do a refund (it is at our discretion), you will need to send us the product(s) back unused. You pay to ship them back. Once the product is inspected and there is no damage. You will get your purchase cost minus shipping, minus any fees that we had to pay and minus a 20% restocking fee.
